5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Due to health and hygiene standards, items must remain unopened, unused, and sealed in original packaging to qualify for a return.
Approved refunds cover the product purchase price (excluding original or return shipping fees).
