Return & Cancellation Policy – MR DENTIXT
At MR DENTIXT, we strive to deliver the highest quality oral care products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
1. Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery under the following conditions:
Hygiene & Safety Requirement: For safety and hygiene reasons, oral care products (including toothbrushes) can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
Damaged or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with video/photo evidence so we can send a free replacement.
Inspection & Refunds: Once your returned parcel is received at our facility and passes a quality inspection, your refund or store credit will be processed.
2. Order Cancellations
Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled at no charge before they are packed or dispatched. Please contact our team immediately via WhatsApp or phone to request a cancellation.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. You may return it under our standard return guidelines after receiving it.
3. Shipping Returned Goods
Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for the return courier charges unless the item sent was defective or incorrect.
Trackable Delivery: We strongly advise using a trackable courier service (such as TCS, Leopard, or M&P). MR DENTIXT is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
